KB Architects and Paul Treacy Architects are excited to be collaborating with the SOG Group to develop our Vertical Farming production facility concept on the Heath Park Masterplan in Runcorn, UK.

Vertical Farming is currently one of the fastest growing sectors in the world. Worldwide Vertical Farming was worth £2bn in 2018, with a predicted rise to £12bn by 2026.

Our vision for UK food production on the Heath Park offers a means of guaranteeing yields and reducing the industry’s environmental impact, while improving the supply of safe, healthy and nutritious food and minimising the miles involved in its distribution.
