Waterfront Place

Mixed Use Scheme - Bristol

The project team were engaged by RPMI Railpen to develop an architectural concept for the Waterfront Place site in Harbourside of Bristol. The design team explored the massing potential for the site in combination with suggested mix of sectors which would be most appropriate to this site and immediate context. The brief and concept for the building has been developed by the team in tandem with our architectural massing and design concepts to offer the best holistic solution for this prime site location. Our design team were fortunate to be selected one of the design teams to take our concept forward from stage 1 into stage 2 and become runner up in the competition.
